At Impressions Vanity, we want you to be absolutely in love with your new beauty setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a smooth resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original vanity packaging, ensuring all mirrors and hardware are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box, covering any previous postage markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
